Mark Farrell, BAdmin. - President & CEO, Director & Co-Founder
Mark Farrell is a co-founder of The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (formerly KidsFutures) and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception in June 2000 and assumed the role as President in 2006. Mark brings a business background and leadership skills to the Company gained through owning and operating several successful businesses in the packaged goods and consumer service sectors. Mark also serves as President of the Foundation Board for the Child Development Institute, a not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening families and promoting healthy child development. He is also actively involved in Youth in Motion's Top 20 Under 20 national youth and awards program as a business mentor. Additionally, Mark volunteers annually as a judge for the CIBC Entrepreneur of the Year Award hosted by Advanced Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE), a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship in Canada.
Darryl Kleebaum, CA - Chief Financial Officer
Darryl Kleebaum was appointed Chief Financial Officer of The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. on October 22, 2007. Darryl originally joined the Futura team in March of 2006 as Director of Financial Reporting. Darryl has over 16 years of finance experience including external financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and strategic planning for both public and private corporations. Darryl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1989 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994.
Graham Farrell, B. Comm. - Chief Marketing Officer
Graham has been part of the company since its earliest days and brings 22 years experience in the Canadian marketing and advertising industry to the table. He serves as the senior marketing professional on the Futura team, is responsible for managing all Partner relationships and also directs Futura’s sales efforts. Over his career, he worked with clients such as General Motors, Effem Foods, H&R Block, Dow Chemical and Motorola – among many others.
Michael Berger, BA, LL.B - Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Michael Berger has been Vice President and General Counsel since April 2004 and recently took on the role as Chief Operating Officer. From June 2000 to April 2004, Michael provided legal services to various clients in his private practice. Michael began his career at Stikeman, Elliott LLP, a leading national law firm, and has advised numerous clients in aspects of corporate and commercial law. Michael was also general counsel at a public telecommunications company, which employed over 800 people. Michael graduated with an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989, and was called to the Ontario and New York bar in 1991.
