Futura Rewards Web 2.0 – A loyalty platform developed for Futura Rewards featuring customer enrollment and account set-up, earn & deposit functionality (card-swipe or web-based), use/redeem rewards and reporting (view transaction history). The website is designed to support multiple languages, with a content management system (CMS) extension used by the web admin for easy to manage content, page changes and graphics.
Online Rewards Deposit System - Transaction module for Partners with IP connectivity.
Online Shopping Mall - Earn feature of the program, where members can shop at
over 200 online partners.
Partner Locator Application - Allows selected users to add locations and post
partners/locations to the website dynamically. The location will display a partner offer
and a map detailing the location.
Offer Management System 2.0 – This application will allow Program Operators to modify partner information, add/edit locations, products, brands, categories, offers and promotions for their own program. Changes using the system will be reflected in real time on the system.
Futura Crediting System 2.0 – This application will allow a Merchant to execute a reward transaction using internet protocol (IP). The system is ideal for facilitating reward issuance by franchisee-based organizations without common POS hardware (debit/credit terminals), for any company with older POS hardware unable to process mag-stripe cards or for service companies or business to business organizations not using credit/debit terminals to secure payment for services rendered.
Program Transaction Reporting Module – The reporting module is a web based information portal and service. The information contained within is used by merchant users to enhance their product, pricing & promotion decisions. The application is self-serving, offering the ability to generate dynamic reporting which includes: Periodic canned reports; Archived & analytical reports; Geo-demographic capabilities; Mapping Solutions & Customer Profile Analysis.
Customer Care System (CCIS) – A web based tool used by Customer Care for member support. Agents use the application to enroll members, track transactions, credit, search, validate activity and pay out members.
Card Range Management Module – This application provides tracking and management of card numbers, by partner, location and groups. Allows Futura to group card ranges for specific companies or fundraising groups and track activity by card range.
